The Nigerian justice system as once again come to the rescue of the oppressed. Cpl Ogbuzulu Igwurube who unjustifiably suspended from the Nigerian Police Force without pay since February 14, 1995 by the Anambra State Police Command, Awka.

The court has asked for his reinstatement into the Nigerian Police Force with payment on damages.
