Every reasonable and serious government should be able to knpw the actual cost of any products before staking its hard earned money for such products through awaiting contracts. A tipper lorry or payloader, ordinarily is not supposed to be more than N5million, but see how the Kebbi State Government is wasting the state's money on unimportant contracts without impunity.
